Introduction of carbide strip

Carbide strips refer to tungsten carbide rods, also known as tungsten carbide flats.It is manufactured in the same manner as carbide rods, with powder (primarily WC and Co powder as per formula) mixture, ball milling, spray tower drying, extruding, drying, sintering (and cutting or grinding if necessary), final inspection, packing, and delivery. A middle inspection is performed after each process to ensure that only qualified products can be moved to the next production process.
Carbon sulfur analyzers, HRA testers, TRS testers, Metallographic microscopes (Check microstructure), coercive force testers, and cobalt magnetic testers are used to inspect and ensure that the material of the carbide strip is qualified; additionally, a drop test is added specifically to the carbide strip inspection to ensure that there is no material flaw in the entire long strip.
