Cryogenic treatment of cemented carbide

After the carbide fall inspection, our carbide rods will undergo cryogenic treatment. This is our cryogenic equipment. Its principle is to use liquid nitrogen to steadily lower the temperature to -190°C and slowly heat it. The function of cryogenic cooling is to eliminate the internal stress of the product and reduce the possibility of edge chipping and cracks. This is a special technology of ours, all rods will be cryogenically treated, and the product quality will be better.
